TERMS & CONDITIONS: All memberships include up to 2 adults. Memberships MAY NOT be used for children outside of the immediate family, failure to adhere to this policy will result in your membership being terminated. Memberships apply to OPEN PLAY only. You may NOT use your membership for admission to events, camps, classes, programs, private plays, or birthdays. Memberships are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Open Play hours are subject to change, there will be NO REFUNDS for changes in schedule. 3+ child memberships are valid for up to 5 children, for any number of children above 5, a separate membership will need to be purchased. ***For the PREMIUM Seasonal Membership, SINGLE Child memberships include 3 paint projects total, 2 Child Memberships include 6 paint projects total, and 3+ child Memberships include 9 paint projects total. Additional paint projects can be purchased at the front desk. Premium Seasonal Members will receive VIP promo codes and Early Access to HOLIDAY event tickets via the email address associated with the membership account. Memberships begin the DAY OF PURCHASE, however, if you are purchasing as a gift and would like to change the start date of your membership please contact us at info@imaginariumplay.com. PREMIUM Seasonal Members may attend OPEN PLAY on SOLD OUT Days by simply showing up and letting us know you are a PREMIUM member.
