What are your hours and prices? Please follow us on Facebook or check our booking link for most up to date hours.  General admission tickets are $14 for your first child, $10 per sibling, and 1 adult FREE. ALL additional adults are $5 each.  Babies under 12 months are FREE with PAID sibling admission!

Do we have to sign a waiver? Yes, signed waivers are required for all before entering our play area. It is highly recommended to sign your waiver online PRIOR to entry. If you have not signed a waiver when you enter the facility you will be asked to sign one online using your personal smartphone device or you can give your information verbally for our staff to enter. Again, it is much preferred for you to have completed your waiver ahead of time so that when you arrive you can enter right away and enjoy your time! Waivers are valid for one year.

Do you offer memberships? Yes! We offer monthly and seasonal options! You may purchase memberships online or at our front desk. Memberships are encouraged for folks coming in more than once a week. For those who come frequently but not multiple times a week, we recommend checking out our punch passes! With those you buy your play in bulk up front at a discounted price AND your pass doesn’t expire until you use up all your plays.

Do you offer field trips? Yes! Imaginarium has wonderful field trip options! Please contact Lenae King at Lenae@imaginariumplay.com for more information on scheduling your field trip.

Do you offer discounted group rates? Yes! For groups with 10 or more child admissions, please contact Lenae King at Lenae@imaginariumplay.com for more information on scheduling and rates.

What does it mean by “Drop-In” Play? Drop-in play means parents MUST stay on the premises with their child. While Imaginarium will have playground attendants monitoring the floor, parents are primarily responsible for supervising their children while they play. With that being said, we have a fully stocked coffee and tea area with free WiFi for parents that provides an unobstructed view of your children playing and some comfy seating.

What is your sanitation policy? Imaginarium staff is responsible for keeping our facility sparkling clean. Staff routinely disinfect toys and equipment throughout the day and do a full facility cleaning between each play timeslot and after closing. If an item requires disinfecting during your visit please notify a staff member or bring item to the front desk

What is your sick policy? If your child shows symptoms of being sick at our facility (ie. coughing, vomiting, fever, extreme runny nose, etc.) we reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to return another day. For the health and safety of our customers and staff we will be strictly enforcing this policy. We welcome you to come back and play when your child is germ free! If you booked online and already paid for your ticket, just send us a message or give us a call and we will happily reschedule your play to another day.

Do you sell food or can we bring in our own? Imaginarium sells individual prepackaged snacks and drinks. Families are also welcome to bring their own food to enjoy in our designated snack area.  Parties and special events will have the opportunity to purchase food through our selected vendors or may bring in their own food. Please respect that we are a peanut and tree nut free facility for the safety of our guests with allergies.

Do my children and I need to wear masks during our visit?  Great question! We follow the guidance given by the state & county, so for right now masks are OPTIONAL.

Do I HAVE to book online or can I just drop-in? We HIGHLY recommend that you book online for Open Play for 2 reasons! (1) This saves you time when you arrive. Instead of having to fill out the waiver and check out at the front desk before going in to play, you just give your name, take your shoes off, and ENJOY!   (2) Booking online GUARANTEES we have space for you! Some days we get REALLY busy and hit our capacity numbers, on those days if you show up without booking online we might not be able to let you in.     With that being said, we do accept walk-ins as long as we have space for you!

How do I book online if I have a gift card, punch pass, or membership?  If you have a punch pass or membership, please select “Use my punch pass or membership admission.” This will charge you $0 but reserve your spot. When you arrive we will validate your punch pass or membership at the front.   If you have a HARD CARD Gift card, please select “Use my physical gift card.” This will charge you $0 but hold your spot. When you arrive, please bring your gift card to the front desk staff so they may use it for your booking. Finally, if you have a DIGITAL gift card, please book as you normally would (first child admission, sibling admission, free adult, etc.) and then when you get to the payment screen you may enter your gift card pin number.  Easy peasy!

It’s my child’s birthday but I don’t have a birthday a party booked. Can we still come in? Yes but with a few rules! If you’d like your child and their party friends to come in during Open Play just to play, that works for us! You may NOT, however, bring in the following items during Open Play-  cake/cupcakes, party favors, party gifts, party decor, or anything else that makes it look like a party. Why? Because we sell birthday party packages! And out of respect for our small business and for others who purchase those packages, we do not allow impromptu birthday parties at our facility.   If you don’t want a whole party package, here are a few other options for you:  (1) Bring your party group in just to play  (2) Add-on paint crafts for each child in your group (3) Add-on a Build a Buddy for each child in your group (4) Purchase a VIP Admission for each child in your group (VIP admissions include- Admission to play, 1 build a buddy, 1 paint activity, and a snack or drink!)
