• Always be kind and courteous.
• Cupcakes and cakes may only be consumed in our birthday zone. Go here to book your birthday party
• Drinks and snacks MUST remain in designated areas.
• Only use what you need (especially in our craft area)
• Children MUST be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• No rough play.
• Socks are required on all equipment. Grip socks are recommended. Adults must remove shoes if going on equipment or in designated baby area.
• WE ARE A NUT FREE FACILITY. Please leave peanuts, trail mix, PB&J sandwiches,and any other foods containing nuts at home.
• If a child puts a toy in his/her mouth, please notify staff to disinfect or bring item to front desk. (See FAQ section for more details on our sanitation policies).
• Please do not bring sick children into the facility; we want to keep it as germ free as possible. (See FAQ section for more details on our sick policy)
• ALL visitors are required to have an up-to-date waiver signed and on file at Imaginarium. Imaginarium will not be held liable for any injuries sustained while in our facility.
• Finally, HAVE FUN! Create a masterpiece, build the tallest tower, explore, discover, and most importantly, IMAGINE.
