All PRIVATE event rentals typically will be held on Saturdays or Sundays 2:00-4:00pm OR 4:45-6:45pm with occasional Friday options available. BIRTHDAY PARTY/EVENT POLICIES

  • Each guest (including adults) must have up to date waiver on file. Please send the waiver link that is emailed to you with your party booking out to your guests so they can complete ahead of time.
  • $100 NON refundable and nontransferrable retainer fee required to book any party or event
  • Rescheduling must be done no less than 2 weeks in advance of your party date. If done 2 weeks or more before your scheduled date, you will be allowed to transfer your deposit. IF you reschedule less than 2 weeks from your scheduled date you will forfeit your deposit and be required to rebook your party and pay a new deposit.
  • Cancellations by customers will not receive a refund of the $100 deposit.
  • Pizzas and other consumable add-ons will be PAID IN FULL by the customer 2-3 days in advance. Imaginarium staff will contact you if a balance is due ahead of time.
  • Party guests under the age of 12 months are NOT included in your birthday package admissions headcount and are FREE
  • ONE Birthday Child is FREE and NOT included in your headcount. Siblings over the age of 1 are, however, included in the headcount.
  • ALL parties are PRIVATE (which means you have the whole place to yourselves!).
  • MASKS are OPTIONAL but you may request staff and your guests to wear a mask if you desire.
  • Socks are recommended, bring your own or buy a pair ($2/pair).
  • No changes to add-ons within 48 hours of your scheduled party.
  • No peanut or tree nut products allowed. No alcohol on the premises.
  • No outside vendors allowed unless cleared by Imaginarium management.
  • No silly string, confetti, poppers, slime, or other mess-making products. A $30 cleaning fee will be added to your booking if you violate this policy.
  • Birthday decor may be dropped off in advance of your party for staff to set-up. Please let staff know exactly how you’d like your decor set-up. ALL decor dropped off must be ready to use (meaning already put together). Small amounts of balloons may be dropped off but Imaginarium does not provide/own a helium tank. Imaginarium staff will NOT put together balloon arches for parties unless they are paid for as an add-on OR included in your party package.
  • You may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party to set-up. You MUST depart no later than 5 minutes past the ending time of your party. It is recommended that you begin packing up your party 10 minutes before the ending time to ensure a timely departure. Imaginarium reserves the right to charge additional fees if you remain on the premesis past your party time.
  • Party is held in Snack Area. Includes 2 6ft rectangular tables, 6 3x3ft tables with 4 chairs at each, 2 high chairs. If more seating is required please let Imaginarium staff know in advance of your party.
